Hi Sarikaya68,
Without knowing your specific model it's hard to provide direct links. However there is a document that provides the steps to take to get the webcam running again after changing the OS. The link to the document is below:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01114052
There are links to drivers and Webcam software in the document, you will need to know what you had installed previously to select the right solution. Since your on Windows 7, you probably just need to install the Microsoft USB Video Device driver to run the webcam. You can find the steps under "Actions to take after changing the OS" in the document.

Hello manhas,
You are looking for the web cam driver for your computer.
Please post your product and model number.
You can find this information by holding the FN key and pressing the ESC key.
I should be able to get the exact web cam driver for your computer.

Hello faisalkazim.
What is your notebook's product number? This document can show you where it is located.
Have you tried running HP Support Assistant to automatically download the driver for you?
Have a great day!
