Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Hi to all. I am a newby and i have an issue which i cannot resolve.

 

 

" Stop: c0000139{Entry Point Not Found}

The procedure entry point DbgReadRegistrySettings could not be located in the dynamic link library USP10.dll"

 

The computer is in infinite boot cycle . It cannot  start in safe mode, it cannot return to a previous state of the system and last but not least it cannot do anything at all . Any suggestions ?
