undefinedHi,

I recently installed Windows 10 and my beloved dv2322la DOESN'T WORK AT ALL.  Everything is extremely slow (Start button, taskbar buttons like battery, screen, wifi, etc, all apps, all programs), crashes permanently, it is at constant emergency out of order.

I tried everything I can, streamlining everything, even eliminating almost all graphic features, nothing works.

I checked the upgrade driver section of Device Manager and all but three are up to date.  There are three very suspect drivers missing:

- "Modem" (probably not as important)

- "Other divices" x2: and here both "Base System Devices" have NO DRIVER SOFTWARE.

The message reads as follows: "Windows was unable to install your Base System Device.  Windows could not find driver software for your device.  If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit its website and check the support section for driver sofware"

Please help me,

Al
