Hi i am using Data Protector 7 i got an error while trying to take a backup of one of my client servers the message is :

[Major] From: VBDA@client1 "C:" Time: 23.10.2013 19:59:30
It was not possible to create volume snapshot for 'C:\'. System error: 'QueryStatus() failed'.

[Critical] From: VBDA@client1 "C:" Time: 23.10.2013 19:59:30
Fallback to legacy filesystem backup was not allowed. Aborting the backup.

[Critical] From: VBDA@client1 "C:" Time: 23.10.2013 19:59:30
[81:52] /C
Not a valid mount point => aborting.

The server is Windows server 2008. I have tried to delete and reinstall the client. Also reinstall the data protector in client.

Try to delete tmp files and recreate it but all has no good for me.

I am open to any suggestion thanks a lot...
