I have a problem with HP Elitebook 850 G2 NFC Driver.
Hardware ID:
{55BC022C-955B-4D87-A88D-D3E68CBEB2F4}\CT_27B961DB-3057-49BB-BD0D-ACA9FD8FF697
I have tried to installed SP70214 as someone recommended in this forum.
But i still got exclamation mark in on deive manager
Device Status:
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
Anyone know how to fix this one?
Thanks

Hi:
See if this driver works. Try manually installing it if the auto install method doesn't work.

Hi:
Please post the hardware ID for the problem device.
To find the hardware ID, go to the device manager and click on the device needing the driver.
Then click on the details tab at the top of the device window.
Now you should see a Property drop down list and it will be set on Device Description.
Drop down on that list and select the second item (Hardware ID's).
Post the top string of characters that you see in the window.

You should be seeing an ID that look like this as well...
[Standard.NTx86.6.1]
%NxpNfpProviderName%=NxpNfpProvider_Install,ACPI\NXP1002
%NxpNfpProviderName%=NxpNfpProvider_Install,{55BC022C-955B-4D87-A88D-D3E68CBEB2F4}\CT_27B961DB-3057-49BB-BD0D-ACA9FD8FF697
Try this...go to the device manager and click on the problem device.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
Click on Have Disk, and browse to: C:\SWSetup\sp71250\driver_binaries\Proximity\x86\NxpNfpProvider_Win7, and select the NXP NearFieldProximity Provider device from the list, and see if the driver installs that way.
You can try doing the same thing with the sp70214 file from the other post where the person said that driver solved the issue.
If that doesn't work, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try, because as you can see, that is the driver you need that matches the one ID you posted, and I assume the other one is present as well.
