Has anyone else had an issue with the Broadcomm 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter?  I've tried installing the driver on a few different 2570's and on each one it says...

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

This is the driver that i'm using here

It was our checkpoint software blocking the device driver because it was seeing it as a usb connected device

Where do u see this error message ( is it in device manager or outside device manager ) and also help me out with the device id.

It's in device manager.  You see a yellow triangle with an exclamation under the Bluetooth Radios node.

Device ID is USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E1

When you go to update the driver it says "The best driver for your device is already installed.  Windows determined the driver software for your device is up to date."

I've tried removing and reinstalling but it's just the same.  It's also the same on another HP Elitebook 2570p

Thanks
