Hi!

 

I own an HP Elitebook 8470p (D7X83PA) notebook PC - Windows 7 Ultimate x64, equiped with an  Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 AGN wireless adapter (original wireless adapter that came with the PC).

 

The problem I have is that when installing the Intel My WiFi and Wireless Drivers for Microsoft Windows 7 (International) version 15.9 REV: D (HP service pack file: sp64205.exe) driver update, it does not install correctly, getting an error message saying that "bsutilcs has stopped working", two times during the setup process.

 

Please note that:

 

- Before installing this update I had the version Intel PROSet/Wireless Wifi Software version 15.02.0000.1258 installed on my PC;

 

- I have removed this version before install the new version;

 

- All the other HP Drivers / Software are updated;

 

- I tried to install via file download and via HP Support Assistant, but the problem was the same.

 

Can you help me please?

Hi:

 

You may want to try the latest driver directly from Intel and see if that works.
