Hi:

The Network Controller ID you posted is for an Atheros wireless card.

What is the full model number or product number of your PC, so I can find the right driver you need.

The product number of your notebook can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

 my product number is  :

F9U90EA#UUG

thank you

I remember  that I tried to install a wireless driver from Atheros....I think that's why it appears like that.

And also my full model number it's ENVY 15-j100SB

You're very welcome.

You need the 2nd driver I posted below for the 3D video controller, but you need to make sure you install the Intel graphics driver first and reboot, or the nvidia graphics driver will not install.

This package provides the driver that enables the IntelHigh-Definition (HD) Graphics in supported notebook models that arerunning a supported operating system. If high-definition multimediainterface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package alsoinstalls the HDMI Audio Driver.

File name: sp65232.exe

Then install this driver for the 3D video controller, and reboot.

I have no video driver installed right now, so I will folow your steps then ?

and I have one more question, what can I do to setup volume, brightness, and others from KEYBOARD ? It's not working... it's there any driver for the keyboard ?

Sorry, after installing the Intel graphics driver, and rebooted, the volume, brightness and others controls from keyboard, works.

Thank you very much, you are great ! it's there any way to reward you ? give you grades ( opinion about employees) ?

Hi:

Yes, follow my steps to install the video drivers.

I believe that after you install the drivers you should be able to adjust the brightness with the Fn keys.

Yes you are right. It works perfectly. Do you have any advice, on how can I change azerty, with qwerty keyboard ? I have EN ( US) keyboard language set, but it still write "a" instead of "q" and "z" instead of "w" .

many thanks.

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that issue, and suggest you start your own new thread.
