Hi,

Just purchased Hp Envy 15-k005tx Notebook model online in India. On the box and back of the notebook one sticker is there which says " self declaration - conforming to IS 13252 (Part 1): 2010, R-41001813 " whereas in my previous old laptop i.e. hp dv6330ea model , product identification label were there with product and serial no mentioned on that label, even windows Os product id be mentioned.

Therefore my queries is that

Q1] What do you mean by this sticker " self declaration - conforming to IS 13252 (Part 1): 2010, R-41001813 " ?

Q2] Is this laptop is geuninue?

Q3] Why Product Identification Label is not there in Hp Envy 15-6005tx Notebook?

Pls reply as early as possible which will be great.

Bye,

Siva
