HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx
Microsoft Windows 11

My Envy is still working but a few days ago the hinge was not closing smoothly so I left it open to allow me time to figure out what to do. Today 2 screws fell out and it is separating further. The hinge is broke and it does not close I do not know what happened. It was fine one day and not fine that next. I haven't dropped it or been rough with it.

When I googled  "HP envy screen coming detached", I see this is a common problem with this computer. That's something I wish I knew before I spent hundreds of dollars on it.

Please advise.

Thank you,

                           Colleen

My computer's warranty ended in Sept 2021 so it will not let me chat with someone about it. Is there anything HP can do for me or do I just have to figure it out on my own?

Thank you,
