That's the same code that I got last year when I had the same issue with the same laptop. It didn't work that time, so I don't expect it will work this time either.
I'll have to restore the bios again I think!

Hi,
If it worked before, then it's probably the easiest option - I've seen this before with a few X2 models and in a couple of cases, the code works if entered with another keyboard.
