Has anyone come across a screen problem such as the ones shown below. I have updated display and monitor drivers, however the problem persists. Appreciate any help with this.

It means then you need to replace display panel in your notebook and everything will be again ok.

Connect your notebook to external dispaly and check is this problem solved or not.

Yes, it does work with external monitor.
