First of it will never detect.....ask why ? Its Hp .......ask why ? They know only to sell not to provide support

So call HP and solve ur query. They will not pick the call or support you. Hp is just waste in giving service. Always problem even i have many problems with HP g62.....i m tired with them. I can say guys not to by HP products
