I have Hp G62 Notebook, my bluetooth was Working perfectly fine but when i've Updated my Notebook Ram After That  i've Reninstall Windows 7 to 86x and after that my bluetooth is Dissappear?????

Hi i followed the instruction provided to find the hardware ids and this is what came up 

BTH\MS_BTHPAN

I am able to connect my devices but not transfer to or from i have made the pc and devices discoverable and sharing is on i had windows 8 and it worked fine but i switched back to win 7 and now have a problem please assist me in resolving the situation thanks in advance frank
