Product: I cant figure it out
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When i turn on my laptop (star wars themed hp i got half a year ago) i get a blue screen and it says something about it needing to restart to repair it restarts says its repairing then goes to the blue screen again then it restarts again and shows a black screen with my mouse being huge
Failed the quick test
When i startup push esc then f11 i wait and get a black screen with a big mouse
This might be a virus i have no clue also no error just wont do anything
Its pissing me off and i want to use my laptop
PLEASE HELP ME

Yes if you meant: you created HP Recovery discs previously.

Please replace failed hard drive with a new one first. Otherwise it would go on giving same issue.

Usually too many bad sectors, virus, internal hard drive issues, anything that hampers normal functioning of drive can lead it to fail.
If you're within warranty, HP technical support will replace it free of cost for you.
