Hi,

Failed quick test?

If hard drive has failed, you've to replace it with a new one of similar form factor.

Use HP Recovery USB to factory reset OS after replacement

Yes if you meant: you created HP Recovery discs previously.

Please replace failed hard drive with a new one first. Otherwise it would go on giving same issue.

Usually too many bad sectors, virus, internal hard drive issues, anything that hampers normal functioning of drive can lead it to fail.

If you're within warranty, HP technical support will replace it free of cost for you.

Check your warranty here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Manufacturer's warranty is valid for 1 year.
