Pavillion dv6 - 3010us
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

The laptop (Pavillion dv6 - 3010us) stopped working. It does not switch-on. 

 

When the power button is pressed, the fans starts to spin and the CAPS LOCK key blinks (1 second ON, 3 seconds OFF). The F12 key - orange light is ON. But there is no other response. When I connect the mouse to any of the USBs, it doesnt power up the mouse. I tried "Hard Reset" and tried connecting the laptop to an external screen. It doesnt work too. 

 

The warrenty period of my laptop is finished. I live in France. I cannot find a HP laptop service center or their contact information.

 

Can anyone suggest a way to fix the laptop ? And please let me know how to contact a HP service center for repair.
