After three failed password attempts you should receive a code.

 

Post the code.

no code after 3 times.. or even 10 times.. just a password hint (which doesn't help) or a link to reset the password which requires "removable media, such as a floppy disk or USP flas drive".. Which I have tried .. and doesn't work.. Since this is a notebook no CD player.
