Having hard time getting the software that is needed!!!! I have the mini 210-117NR model...

And I am a beginner at this so bare with please. I've read the comments and every1 seems to know there (CNU), but I'm having a hard time even getting that.......

And one last question .....,, when I boot it up am I suppose to be in safe mood, network or operation??

I'm sorry if these seem very minor and I'm very greateful for any help.
