Hi@Briboy,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing HP PC hardware diagnostics issues with the HP HP All-In-One PC.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Uninstall and then reinstall the HP PC hardware diagnostics from HP.COM
  • Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine whether the computer hardware is functioning properly. The tool runs within the Windows operating system in order to diagnose hardware failures.

If issue still persist then run diagnostics from F2 Diagnostics.

  1. Start or restart the computer.
  2. Press F2 repeatedly during start up to enter the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility.
  3. Select Component Tests > Hard Drive > Quick Test.
  4. Click Run Once.

Once the test completes, results are displayed on the screen.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
