Where can I get the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics 3-in-1 USB Key?

 

When I try to install the download from ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72954.exe I get an error message that the installation file is corrupt. I have downloaded it twice.

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.

 

This file is a big one (1.2 GB). May be it gets corrupted during the download process (e.g. if your have an antivirus software that is not well configured, if the download goes through proxy server, etc...)

As mentioned in the URL above, there are other methods to test the computer (e.g. the BIOS/UEFI built-in options).
