HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab054ca - Message " Your Computer is Low on Memory"

Hi, 

I have a HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab054ca.  I am getting the message,  " Your Computer is Low on Memory - To restore ebnough memoy for programs to work correctly, save your files and then close or restart all open programs".

I have 16GB of RAM and use very little programs/resources.  My use is light. browsing via internet and that's really it. I get this message.

Please advise what I can do to avoid receiving this message in the future and optimize my memories allocation to programs.

There might be some Scheduled Task, or Maintenance, that is running when the computer is inactive which might cause the message.

Perhaps if you had a fixed size Paging File that might stop the message?
