Hello,

I need to ask about my laptop (HP Pavilion dv6-6b96ex) keyboard backligh, any one know if my laptop keybord backlight work or not ??

I try every thing to lighting the key bord but it doesn't work !

Hi,

Looking at the Specifications Page for your notebook, it is not listed as coming with a backlit keyboard - this would normally be indicated under the sub-heading Keyboard.

i am the user of pavilion dv6 and there ain't any sighn of backlight keyboard key or any control pannel settin' available... so please tell me how to get the keyboard backlight?? it really sucks at night while chatin'..:@

You are looking how to turn on the backlit keyboard.

The F5 key should toggle on and off the light.

Please post your product and model number.

You can find this information by holding the FN key and pressing the ESC key.

I’ll check to see if your model has the backlit keyboard.
