I can't find Bluetooth in my laptop. I have updated the windows, restarted the Bluetooth Support service, SFC and DISM scanned, run the troubleshoot for Bluetooth and after troubleshooting the message is "Device does not have Bluetooth".

I cant find Bluetooth icon on taskbar or in Device manager. Bluetooth Driver was installed from official website.

It does not come with built in Bluetooth networking, or that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n WLAN wireless connectivity specification.

Your screen shot confirms that the specs are correct because the Realtek RTL8188CE wifi adapter is wifi only, not a combination wifi Bluetooth adapter.

If you want to add Bluetooth capability to your notebook, you will need to purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter.
