I have the same laptop and the same problem again: yes this has happened to me already once. The first time it was only around 13 months into owning the new laptop, now it's happened again for the second time, 3 years on, after having it repaired already. Meanwhile, my other Acer laptop has never once even had a problem in 5 years. This is ridiculous.

 

Never buying a HP ever again.

Hello to all replies of that  the problem is the cooling fan is not working and not turning please enter to start normally to start not more times to restart
