HP ENVY 13-ay1000 x360 Convertible PC (3T488AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I just got a new HP ENVY x360 Laptop. I got MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen in the same package too, however, I cannot get it to work. It definitely is charged as I can see the pen's back turning solid white when I connect it to charger. I even contacted HP & replaced the pen and the new pen also ended up with the same problem. Touch screen works really well. Everything is up to date, all Windows updates done, tried to update all drivers, everything seems to be fine.

Exactly similar to the issue mentioned here :

Thanks,

H

hello

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Pen not working and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

hope it help

Thanks @charli3445.

Ya that's what my first thought too. But they replaced the pen today and that too had the same issue. So just wondering if the problem is actually on the laptop and not on the pen.

Anyways, I've already raised the ticket with the support team - let's see what they got to say.
