I just realized I lost my wireless connection to the internet which I suspect is related to the btvstack.exe  issue.

At this point, the only suggestion I can offer would be to reinstall windows 7, don't do any updates to it until you get the all of the drivers installed.

Install the first 4 drivers in the order I posted (the graphics consisting of installing the Intel graphics first, rebooting and then installing the amd graphics adapter.

The only thing is since there is more than one AMD graphics adapter listed, I have no idea which one is the right one.

I would try sp70013, since you tried the other two and they didn't work.

Then when you do the W7 updates, hide any of the ones pertaining to graphics adapter updates.

You can also post the bluetooth problem in the notebook wireless networking section of the forum, but I would go for the clean install of W7 first and see what happens.

Let me ask you this.

Since the Qualcom wireless application seems to be the root problem any hope for benefit from unnistall/reinstall or will registry still be screwed up?

You can try that, but I believe the registry is already messed up from the graphics drivers not working.

I quit btvstack.exe in task manager to clear the freeze and uninstalled it but the same error messge occured several time but kept OKing msg and eventually it uninstalled.   The Device Manager still will not open stating not enough storage.  registry is toast.  Fresh install onthe way.  I will follow your driver install sequence recommendation.  Should I still use the same Qualcom wireless card drivers as last time?

HP Recommended

You can try the older wireless card driver that was released around the same timeframe as the bluetooth driver was (Dec 2013).

There is no update to the bluetooth driver on the support page.

Looking like I have real big problems.  Win 7 install disc gets same missing dll error message as before from safe mode and stops.  How is that possible?  Thoughts/sugggestions on work arounds?

HP Recommended

Got the fresh install to start.  Thanks.

The recommended driver install sequence is

1  Intel chipset installation utility first and reboot.

2  Graphics, then reboot.

3  Audio, then reboot.

4  Ethernet.

5  Wireless.

Drivers I was missing from the Win 7 CD per Device Manager that I installed are below.   The Graphics, Ethernet, and Wireless are obvious vs above sequence name.  I assume the Audio and Intel chipset drivers were on the Win 7 CD's.

1 Ethernet                                                             SP66276

2 PCI device                                                          SP71064

3 PCI simple communications controller  SP67047

4 USB controller (3.0)                                       SP71380

5 Unknown Device                                             SP64934

6 Network controller                                        SP70859 Qualcom

7 Blue tooth wireless                                        SP64678 Qualcom (problems)

8 Graphics drivers  Intel                                   SP71151

9 Graphics drivers AMD                                    SP72887

10 Graphics drivers both Intel & AMD        SP63216

What above category/sequence of install do the PCI, USB,Network, Unknown Device fall?

On a number of the driver installs I was warned that "the drivers already existed" and I selected to over write all.  Should I do that again or other?

I looked at the files on the Win7 drivers and apps cd this time.  There are Graphics, Network, Storage and system Management drivers present.  Maybe I did not install properly of wrong files got installed under auto run.  Looks like individual drivers can be installed individually.  thoughts?

HP Recommended

Win7 driver CD drivers can be selected to install individually.  I will install manualy in sequence you suggested and reboot each group.
