HP Probook 4520s is getting started. No light on Power button however charging light keeps on flashing....can anyone help me with this?

Remove the battery and plug the charger in. Attempt a start. If it starts up all is well.

 

If not, then replace the power adapter (charger).

 

A flashing power adapter led  that normally stays a solid color but changes color when charge is complete usually indicates a power adapter failure.

Thanks for your response above.

I took my laptop to a local Lab; they said its the issue with BIOS. The lab guy couldnt fix it because he needed another laptop of same model & he could nt find it. Can anyone explain if it is the same BIOS that is given in Download Drivers section of HP website?

That is not an bios issue. You need to replace the power adapter
