The link posted working, because i just checked it, but u need to copy link in adress bar of your browser to access it. This link solved my problems with disconections 🙂 And after i solved them, i receive new adapter, but refuse to change it because don`t have any problems... good luck u guys 🙂

On the drivers page for this model there is a redirect loop when you want to download the driver for realtek wi fi ...
