Secure Boot: Enabled

Legacy Boot: Disabled. 

 

I've checked the boot options, it's as per what you mentioned all the time.

Thanks for the reply, unable to find any information with the error code provided.

As the operating system is unable to find the HDD while installing Windows 10. 

Recommend you format the HDD by connecting it any other computer and then installing the OS on your computer. 

Alternately you can try to install any other operating system of your choice on the computer. 

Based on the specifications of your computer, your computer came with DOS operating system.

If the issue persists, request you contact our phone support for the service options available for your computer.  

 

Please follow the procedure mentioned below to contact our phone support. 

  • Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Enter Product number or select to auto detects
  • Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
  • Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.

You suggestion of formatting the hard drive als already been tried earlier before I start this post.
