HP SimpleSave sd500a Portable Hard Drive is not being recognised by my computer. Where can you find the driver software? Nothing on the Offical HP site which is absolutely unbelievable - plenty of google seaches for the very same problem - no zip zero HP solutions. Obviously the product has produced a bunch of lemons with no recall or help from HP at all. So where are the drivers HP?
