Hello,
I've got problem with the HP SpareKey recovery software. I turned it on because I thought it's a good thing. After I turned it on, I restarted my notebook (HP Probook 4520s). Before booting up, SpareKey software appeared and I chose don't remind me again or something like that. After next reboot it appeared again before booting up. But now there is the only option "Press F7 for HP SpareKeyRecovery", than there are three options, but when I click on two of these , there is a message "HP SpareKey Recovery not enrolled. Select OK to restart the system", so I can only restart the pc, nothing else. The third option is to put in some USB recovery disk which was created during enrollment. I did't make any recovery disc, so this wont help me.
Please, could you help me with this problem, because I really need to work with my notebook. Is there a possibility to skip this SpareKey, or to remove it?
I hope it is written in understandable form.
Thank's for your further help.

Hi:
See if you can get into the BIOS by tapping the F10 key at the HP splash screen, and restore the BIOS defaults and exit.
If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you.
