HP Spectre 15-ch000 x360 Convertible PC

Hello out there,

 

I own a HP Spectre 15-ch000 x360 Convertible PC, and when I put the PC to sleep sometimes it does not wake-up and I must do a hard shut-down and restart to continue working. It is sooo frustrating. I see many ppl online have the same issue with the same product with not many solutions available. Please Help.

I understand that the HP Spectre 15-ch000 x360 Convertible PC, RANDOMLY will not wake from sleep.

 

As you have stated that you have already performed the troubleshooting steps.

 

I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
 

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

@Praveen196 thank you for responding. I have followed the steps precisely and there is absolutely no telephone number to call. I selected the chat option, asked for a live agent to chat with, entered my serial number, they told me my warranty is outdated and did not provide me the option to chat with a live agent, however re-directed me back to the community. How can I actually speak with a human representative from HP to resolve my issue? Is there a telephone number I can call!? This issue still remains as the MOST frustrating issue I have ever had with any machine, and I have had the issue since I purchased the machine. Please help.

In that case,  I would suggets you can't local service center for repair.
