  • What is the exact issue with the   Backlit keyboard?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

  • What is the exact issue with the   Backlit keyboard? It doest work. No Backlit in the keyboard no matter what.
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes? yes, I upgraded windows 10 to the major version 1909.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? I have upgraded my bios and updated all my drivers with no luck.

I had to send mine in to hp for them to fix it. They replaced the keyboard and fan.

same computer issue and I am having the turn off and on issues as well. any resolution? or do I need to return this computer!??

Push f5 without the fn key. And check reddit next time....... Easy fix that had nothing to do with drivers......
