HP Stream 11 System Disabled

Hi. My Hp Stream keeps coming up with a message at the begining asking for a Administrator Password or Power on password. I had loaned it to a friend who says she never put a password on it. After 3 tried it comes up with system disabled 68578768. Can anyone help?

When prompted for password try 77450368
