@martin-b If it doesn't work you may need to reinstall it as it may have not been doing its job due to an error, re-installation usually fixes such issues! that said, if you've updated the BIOS and the firmware from the OP's post, yet the issue persists, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

here's how private messages work: Click here for details.

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.

@martin-b I was referring to the re-installation of the drivers mentioned in this post from the same thread: click here to check, if you've done that and yet the issue persists, please Contact HP as suggested earlier and they should help you out.

Take care and have a good day, ahead.

@martin-b This is the HP community, the one I'm referring you to, is the HP phone support, so they could help you with the repair/replacement of the stylus pen.

I hope that helps,

@martin-b The pleasure is all mine, that's a peculiar question, is there any reason you'd want to delete it? that said, please report the post to a moderator and check with them to delete post (if need be).

Or you can always edit it, instead.
