Hi im looking to upgrade my old laptop processor and Im wondering what would be compatible with it?
It currently using Intel dual core 2 at 2.2 ghz
Also looking for a good cord that doesn't die after 1-3 months of use.. lol (it was from ebay). Battery life is at almost 0% and cord has to be in all the time.
Im thinking of getting these for ram. Or can I be able to use 4g x 2? total of 8g

Thanks for any suggestions!

Your top processor is
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T9600 2.80-GHz processor, 35W, 6-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz front side bus (FSB)
On eBay for under $30:
Here is the Service Manual:
You have selected the correct type of memory on amazon and you can install 2 x 4 gb for 8 in total but 4 gb DDR2 modules are pretty expensive.
If your AC adapter has gone bad I suggest getting a genuine one from a reputable eBay seller such as this:
Shipped from China but very good price and high feedback.

Hi thanks you for the feedback, is there a chance the processor card might be hotter then my current one?
If so, Im worried if it might shut down after being too hot while in a game.
Graphic card is Intergrated correct?
Adapter ebay link was perfect thanks!!
Is there any reptuatable battery from ebay too?

Yes simple physics tells us a 2.8 ghz processor is going to be hotter than a 2.2 ghz processor but the cooling system is designed to handle either one. You will have the chance to clean out the vents and make sure to properly apply high-quality thermal paste. I am not sure but think the 6730b was offered with Intel integrated video and also a dedicated option. We happen to have one in our office with the 2.8 ghz and Intel graphics and it does not run too hot.
