Hi:

You neglected to list the OS you are running, so it is not possible to point you to the driver version for your notebook. More than likely the base system device is your Ricoh Media Card Reader.

General driver support page for the 6930p is provided below: Select the OS you are running and download and install the Ricoh Media Card Reader driver.

Is your Bluetooth device enabled in the BIOS?  If not, no drivers will be installed until you enable it.

Hi,

Download and install HP Wireless Assistant from here.

Next enable your Blutooth in it. Only when you will do this install Blutooth driver.

Hi:

What Daniel suggests is a good idea. I installed Windows Vista on my nc6400. Prior to the installation, I had my Bluetooth and WWAN card turned off in the wireless assistant.

After the installation was completed these two devices didn't show up in my device manager.  I checked the BIOS and they showed up as enabled.

I installed the HP wireless assistant, and both devices appeared and needed the drivers loaded. So then I was able to install the drivers.

Once they were properly installed and working, I turned them off again using the wireless assistant.
