HP X7T78UA#ABA Notbook/Samsung note 4 N910A

 

Had a similar issue with an identical note 4 that had to be returned for speaker issues. The issue was resolved with a HP tech taking remote control and fixing the problem on the pc. Now HP warrenty says contact paid support. We still have 11 months on the warrenty??? Looking here to see if this common problem has been identified. We tried reenstallin the orbit on the PC and Note no result.

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums. 

 

I understand that you have an HP Notebook - 15-ba009dx  and are unable to pair it with a Samsun Note 4 using the HP Orbit App. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.

 

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Did you check if there are any updates available for the app?
  • Any other updates that may have taken place after which this issue started?
