HP probook 4530s missing base system device

in this case you have to download the hp support assistance from the support page of your laptop model, downlaod it, install it and it will find you all the rest missing updates and will install'em automaticly

Hi, I just installed a clean version of windows 8 pro, and I also installed a zte modem model: MF626 HSDPA USB MODEM, and after being already installed, when I try to connect it to the Internet, there is an error, and It doesn't connect. the only problem windows shows in the system device manager, is the one saying Base System Device not present, when I try to update the driver for it, it always tells me that it wasn't found... hel p please!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot assist you with why your WWAN device is not connecting to the internet.
