Hello Akhillies33,
Images posted here are blocked by the HP server for up to 24 hrs of first posting them for security reasons.
Thus I cannot see the image at the moment. Its better to write what the model number is.
If which ever model mouse you have is a Link-5 series mouse, you can purchase another link-5 product (mouse or keyboard) and the new reciever will work with both (up to 5 devices at one time).
If the mouse is just a standard RF signal mouse then no, the reciever cannot be replaced.
A wireless device is specifically paired with its reciever at the factory and cannot be changed.
I hope that answers your question.

Okay, thanks for the info.
I plain simple terms, What you have is a regular wireless mouse.
No there is no receiver replacement for that little usb piece that you lost.
You will have to purchase another mouse.
I'm sorry.
Those little usb receivers for a mouse or keyboard are also called a USB Dongle just for future reference.
Hope that clears things up.
