Hi Mamablingbling,

I understand you are not able to activate your wireless adapter on your Hp 620.

If you follow this document it will show you how to enable the wireless adapter on your computer.

Please let me know.

Thanks

Hi Mamablingbling,

If you uninstalled the drivers you could go to the HP site to download the correct ones for your Notebook. Look in the Network + as all your drivers are there.

If you require further assistance feel free to contact me, but please include your model number and current operating system.

Thanks

Hi Mamablingbling,

The task bar has an arrow that shows hidden icons, down by the clock. You should see a Bluetooth listed there with a turn adapter on. Once it is on, then the driver should install.

If you still need to download the drivers, you could do this at this link.

Hope that helps.
