Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I was working on my laptop, suddenly appeare a blue window where said there is a error. When I restart the laptop I find the message hard drive not found go to hp techcentre/pcd i ags. I tried to reinstall windows but I can't pass from format partition, there is other error telling me that partition not found. What can I do to make the laptop working like before???? Help please.

You are going to need to replace the hard drive. See p. 59 of the Manual here:

Where are you located (country)? Do you have a backup or a restore disk? Were you ever running Windows 10?

Located in uk. I don.t have back up or restore disk. My laptop was running only with win 8 when i bought it and after with win 7

How can I got a hard drive from hp, the laptop is out of guarantee. Is any store in uk or can you give me a link

Yes hard drives are available in the UK. What City do you live in?
