while im installing the recovery manager this error appears

The program can;t start because HardDisk.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

i reinstalled it but still the same error. i already used registry booster but didnt help.. can someone help me fix this or someone provide me this dll please?

I've tried first to to do the HP recovery before start up (F11) but a message appeared telling me "Windows failed to start" and something about booting from a CD.

When I try to install HP recovery manager I get the same error you guys mentioned above. 

Pepe999 I've tried the link you uploaded but it seems useless; there is nothing there to download.

i download all  "dll" files but the recovery doesn't work still.
