(Windows cannot load the CD device driver for the hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)) was the information in the property of my CD Drive. How can this be rectify because i can see my CD Drive Icon displying anylonger and its not even reading CD OR DVD anymore. Moreso, my computer is less than 6month i bought it BRAND NEW

Hi,
Use the fix it tool to fix the issue. Once you open the link, a pop up will open to RUN NOW which will install the fix it tool.

If the above link does not works, the install the fix it tool and run the tool from the below link
