Just got my laptop and can't log in! It says wrong password, but i can log in with this password on other computers or phone!!!

Help me please.

Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.

 

You mentioned you can login with the same password on a mobile device and on another PC which makes me think you use Microsoft accont to login (email/pass). Correct me if I am wrong...

 

You can try both scenarios - try to login to the PC while disconnected (no active router, no wi-fi enabled, no cable plugged in)  or  while connected and PC restarted   , to see if this will help.

 

Check for common mistakes such as keyboard language entered, numlock/caps lock, etc...

 

If the PC was restarted and you tried the above, you may also check these:

 >> https://account.live.com/password/reset
