Welcome to the forum! Unfortunately we don't know which problem you are having and what solutions are not working. I assume you were reading another thread and possibly meant to Reply on it but instead started a new Post. Starting your own Post is preferable- but you will have to explain your problem since I have no idea which problem thread you were reading. 🙂
