- What the product number and the model of your computer?
- What is the operating system you are using?
- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- Have you tried running an anti-malware on your computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
Meanwhile, I recommend you to try doing a clean install (Windows) on the computer and check if it helps.
