HI,

 

Unfortunately I lost my recovery partition and have no chance to return OS to its manufactured condition.

Could you provide information how I can restore

As I know my KIT # is 70969-251, where I can found it (remotely)

Since that model was sold in Russia you will not be able to obtain a Recovery Kit here.
