Hello, I am having problems with Sound on my laptop. I'm hearing a high pitched sound when ever I turn up the volume and when I lower the volume to 18 or lower it goes away. Does anyone know the solution to the problem ?

Hello,
Would you have your Internal microphone or another mic turned on by chance? Feedback loop can cause a high pitched noise at a higher volume level.
You can check by right clicking the sound icon on the desktop system tray and choosing recording devices and watching the levels.
If on your can disable if needed to test.
